Bank accounts

• Bank accounts include:

  1- Current account: Our bank provides the service of opening current accounts payable to individuals and companies and giving them checkbooks to facilitate their business wherever they are. It provides customers with electronic check and deposit services, and provides customers with current account confirmation books and statements of their balances.

  2- Saving Accounts (savings): Our bank provides the savings account for our valued customers. The profit returns can be obtained annually based on its balance. This account allows the customer to save for future security in both the Iraqi dinar and the US dollar.

  3 – Account minors: Our bank provides the service of opening minors account for minors under the age of legal opened by the guardian to become accustomed to the child savings skills and beyond all future difficulties, and the currencies Iraqi dinar and the United States dollar, and can become an investment when the investment exceeds the legal age .

  4 – term deposits: Our bank provides long term deposit service to its customers through the deposit of amounts to be invested in the short, medium and long term to achieve a higher profit in accordance with the Islamic Sharia and the currencies Iraqi dinar and the US dollar.

  5 – Joint Account: Our bank provides the service of opening accounts between two persons (individuals or companies) and the withdrawal shall be either jointly or individually as agreed, and can be opened this account savings or current, and the currencies Iraqi dinar and the US dollar.

6-Inactive accounts: Accounts payable for which no withdrawals or deposits have been made within one year. The banking system transfers the current accounts payable to non-moving accounts and charges              commissions according to the banking transaction price table at the end of the financial year and applies the instructions of inactive accounts or unclaimed amounts According to the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq.
